Hi Bruce,
We are requesting your approval to operate our swim club again this year at the
All Seasons. Please see the attached draft of our membership letter. If you have any
questions, please give us a call.
If we don't hear from you by Sept. 1, we will assume that you approve.

Dear Friend,
We have received approval from the Town of Yarmouth to operate our swim
program again this year. The program will run from October 10, 2006 through May 25,
2007. The pool exercise room, whirlpool, and sauna will be available as indicated below.
We also reserve the right to close the pool for up to 2 weeks during December for
our annual renovations.
Sundays 3pm — 7pm
Mon. — Thurs. Sam —1lam & 3pm -7pm
Friday Sam -11 am
The program is not available on weekends, holiday periods and school vacations.
The cost this year will be $ 160.00 per person.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.
PLEASE PARK ON THE SIDES OF THE HOTEL, NOT OUT FRONT
