It shall be the responsibility of the builder or contractor to see that the
electrician has a copy of the blueprint that has the smoke detectors locations
marked on it.
The electrician is responsible for putting in the smoke detectors where they
are marked.
If, for any reason, a change of location must be made because of lights, •
drop-down stairways, etc. , he is to contact this department for approval of a
change.
