Kohler of 66-A River Street, Lot ¢3 on Assessors Map #37, to build additions to their existing dwelling, without filing a Notice of Intent, subject to the following conditions: 1. All work and locations shall be in exact conformance with the attached plan. 2. There shall be a work limit line ten (10) feet beyond the proposed wooden deck.
