The petitioner represented that this additional storage area will be used for the storage of his own restored 1928 Model "T" Ford, which is used only occasionally during the year for shows , etc. There will be no driveway to the garage door proposed. Therefore, the Board is satisfied that the proposed construction of this third garage area will be for personal use, and will therefore not cause any undue nuisance, hazard or congestion, nor would it cause any harm to the established or future character of the neighborhood. Therefore, a Motion was made by Mr. Lindquist, seconded by Mr. Sullivan , to grant the Special Permit ; on the condition that there be no hardened driveway surface leading to the garage door.
