Said'interest shall be payable monthly in arrears commencing two months from the date hereof on the outstanding principal balance. The Maker also promises to convey a mortgage for said residence and 1 acre of land upon completion of survey, preparation of plan and recording of same at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, to replace this Promissory Note. This Principal shall not accrue interest until 30 days hence and payable monthly in arrears. The Payee would be willing to accept from time to time partial or extra Principal payments to reduce the payment period, including but not limited to this Note to be paid in full as the Maker may be able.
