ON A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THAT HE/SHE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE •
FOR ALL SUCH WORK PERFORMED UNDER THE BUILDING PERMIT. (SECTION 109.1.1)
