Dear Mr. Silver: -
We have reviewed your plans for stairs off your deck at63 Kate's Path and can
not approve them as designed due to the impact on neighboring homes. It is our
policy not to allow stairways from rear decks because of the visual appearance
from the golf course.
However, we do feel you could still build a stairway that would connect your deck
with the side courtyard. I have enclosed asketch that would
