DiMartile, Chairman 7 ,1` DATE: October 4, 1990 SUBJECT: Peter W. Moulton for house at 41 Freeboard Lane, YP (#3504) The Old King' s Highway Committee, meeting 10/3/90, reviewed Mr. Moulton' s request for one change to previously approved plans-- the submission of a revised site plan for a new house at 41 Freeboard Lane, Yarmouth Port. The committee voted unanimously to deny Mr. Moulton' s request and to ask the Building Inspector to notify him to refile the site plan on a Certificate of Appropriateness. The consensus of the committee was: 1. That this particular revised site plan is viewed by the committee as a major change rather than as a minor change. 2. That the revised location of the house has both a major impact on the setting and on a direct abuttor' s house at 49 Freeboard Lane and therefore is not considered appropriate. 49 Freeboard Lane 3. That the revised site plan includes a retaining wall which was not on the original application approved 4/4/90 and therefore requires filing a Certificate of Appropriateness. RAD:cl cc: Peter W.
