O'Hearn Inc. dated November 7, 1986, from Title V of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code, and town of Yarmouth Board of Health amendments to Title V for the construction of a new septic system for lot 19A Neptune Lane: 1. To allow less than the required 25' removal around the leaching facility: Variance of 20' (5' removal) on north side of primary and reserve areas. Variance of 20' (5' removal) on east side of primary. Variance of 10' (15' removal) on east side of reserve. 2. To allow less than the required 100' to a watercourse (Parkers River): • Variance of 1' to primary system (proposed distance 99' ) Variance of 10' to reserve area (proposed distance 90' ) 3. To allow system to 'be less than the required 100' to a subsurface drain: Variance of 64' to primary and reserve areas (proposed distance 36' ) . 4. To allow construction of a retaining wall in order to meet slope requirements. 5.
