Applicant appliec for and was granted a Special Permit by the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to Zoning Bylaw 3104.3.2(2)to alter or extend a pm-existing non-conforming detached one garage by placing the structure on pilings, in order to comply with the flood zone requirements, and by adding a second floor toth structure with living space.
