Copy of the Negative Request for Determination for the construction of the sunroom.
On behalf of the Applicant, I request a Certificate of Compliance for the above referenced
project. The expansion of the deck was constructed in accordance with the approved plans.
All ground surface areas immediately adjacent to the work area are in stable condition.
A sunroom/green house was constructed on top of the deck within the permitted deck area.
The construction was approved by the Commission in 1999.

this request to that Commission. If the project was issued a Superseding Order of Conditions or was the
subject of an Adjudicatory Hearing Final Decision, submit this request to the appropriate DEP Regional

On behalf of the Applicant, I request a Certificate of Compliance for the above referenced
project. The reconstruction of the permanent section of the pier has been constructed in
accordance with the licensing plan and the approved site plan that accompanied the Notice of
Intent.
It is my understanding that the float system shall be altered so that it complies with the
Licensing plan and the Order of Conditions issued by the Commission. It is also my
understanding that the kayak rack shall be removed prior to October 4, 2018
