On behalf of the Applicant, I request a Certificate of Compliance for the above referenced project. The expansion of the deck was constructed in accordance with the approved plans. All ground surface areas immediately adjacent to the work area are in stable condition. A sunroom/green house was constructed on top of the deck within the permitted deck area. The reconstruction of the permanent section of the pier has been constructed in accordance with the licensing plan and the approved site plan that accompanied the Notice of Intent. It is my understanding that the float system shall be altered so that it complies with the Licensing plan and the Order of Conditions issued by the Commission.
