Please be advised that the above captioned project has been inspected this date,and has reviewed the wall sheathing
nailing for the new 1-story addition,as follows: .
1. One-story wall sheathing nailing 8d @3"o/c edge and 12"o/c field.
These sheathing nailing patterns are acceptable for the wind load on the 1-story floor walls with minimal openings.
