This was previously discussed with Mr.Bandolini on October 31,2018 when he came to inspect this property. Yarmouth,MA 02664 Re: 66 South Street Accessory Apartment 4 Dear Ms. Stackhouse: Please be advised that the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw, Section 407, entitled Accessory Apartments,requires that all Accessory Apartments,which include Family Related and Affordable units, approved by the Board of Appeals,pursuant to theses provisions,be inspected every two(2) years, as per Section 407.4.1. According to our records,the Accessory Apartment,approved by the Board,under Special Permit, Petition No.4332, issued,February 24,2011, is now due for inspection. Therefore,you are hereby ' advised to contact the Building Department office to make this arrangement. Please contact me within fifteen(15)days at 508-398-2231,extension 1264,by email,atjbrandolini@yarmouth.ma.us or by coming into the office during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:30- 2:00 on Friday. A$25 fee is required for this inspection,as specified in Zoning Bylaw,Section 407.4.1,and as set by the Board of Selectmen.
