IRE: Egress Inspection,Camp Wingate-Kirkland, 79 White Rock Rd.Yarmouthport
Dear Mn Grylls,
t McKenzie Engineering Consultants,Inc.completed an egress inspection of the exterior
egress stairways for all the camp buildings with wood exterior egress decks and
stairways in accordance with the requirements of the 9ih edition of the building code.
This included all the camp bunks, activity buildings,mess hall,and administrative
buildings.
During the inspection,we found all the egress components on all of the camp buildings
to be in serviceable condition with no damaged or rotted components and no repair or
replacement of components required.
Based on the inspection,we hereby certify that the exterior egress components at Camp
Wingate-Kirkland are structurally adequate to perform the functions for what they were
designed to in accordance with the standards of public safety at the time of original
construction and in accordance with Section 1001.3.2 of the 9'h edition of the
Massachusetts Building Code.
