The silt fence may be attached to the existing sturdy chain link fence. The contractor is to have a copy of the Order of Conditions on site, open to the special conditions page and in a weather protected pouch. The contractor is to remove the existing buildings limiting disturbance of existing vegetation as much as possible to the building footprints.' Building debris and liter is to be removed immediately from the site or placed in a covered dumpster. The abutting terrain is flat and proposed construction posses no risk to the salt marsh and the dunes located over 50 feet away. The goal of the following sequence is simply to keep fill from washing onto abutting lots. ANTICIPATED CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE R.J. Cadillac to stake lot lines (for wall construction) and stake proposed foundation. Pour new footings and foundation. (Pin foundation corners on footings if needed) It is recommended that proposed fill be brought in in stages: --2' to 3' just around outside of foundation at the same time that fill is placed inside the foundation for slabs. (Fill should be placed in 6" lifts and compacted.) --Build 2' high block wall on sides of lot (to keep loose fill on lot during rain) --Bring in fill on sides of lot leaving room for topsoil. --Complete outside work on house (AC units, etc. above flood plane) --Bring in final fill, install septic system in rear and if rear neighbor approves, place bridge fill onto his/her land (which is higher than our lot) Loam and seed rear and sides of lot. --After large equipment is done in rear, build front 2' high wall and loam and seed front. The intent of the above sequence is to prevent fill from washing onto neighbors during construction which will occur over several weeks. It should not prevent the general contractor from talking with the Conservation Agent and making adjustments to this sequence.
