If there is no one to represent the application you can authorize the Old King's Highway Committee to make determination without anyone represent. I honestly don't know which way they will go with this, but if they were to deny it,you have 10 calendar days to appeal the decision or,depending on the reasoning,you could submit another application down the road and try again. Sorry, I wish I had something more definitive to tell you. I hope all is going well!! I just wanted to touch base in regards to tonights OKH Committee meeting. Unfortunately I am going to be tied up at the restaurant, things still haven't slowed down all that much over here :)My Business Partner Chuck can attend the meeting tonight if you think it will help? I was just worried that the decision had pretty much already been made. I did not want to pull him from his other restaurant to attend the meeting if this was the case. On the other hand though I do not want to show the committee any disrespect by not having someone there to represent the restaurant. Your opinion on this would be greatly appreciated. Unlettered sculptures must be located a minimum of thirty(30)feet back from the I front property line. They must not exceed a maximum of twelve (12)feet in height or eight(8)feet in length in any horizontal direction. Sculptures may be illuminated at night with spotlights providing the lighting does not cause a safety hazard or disturbance to abutters. While this "sculpture"does not require a Building Permit, its current placement does not meet the bylaw requirements.
