Signed: gb . ..,........... - a- APPLICATION#: 8 E 1 10 V5.2017 • APPROVED RECEIVED OCT - 92058 OCT -5 2018 Project Description continued: YARMOUTH YARMOUTH OLD KING'S HIGHWAY YARMOUTH KING'S HIGHWAY WINDOWS: The replacement windows for the Historic building are proposed to be Anderson 400 Series with external grills.The windows will match the current 6 over 6 and 9 over 6 designs.(see Exhibit A and Al : photo of existing building and cut sheet for A-400 series windows) The existing windows in the 1972 addition are aluminum frame,double hung windows with internal grills.The proposed replacement windows are vinyl double hung with internal dividers.The windows will match the existing 6 over 6,9 over 6 and 4 over 4 configurations. (see Exhibit B and BS:photos of existing windows and cut sheet for M1 vinyl windows) SHINGLES:The Project will include the re-shingling of the entire Building, using White Cedar shingles with an approximate 5%" reveal. MAIN ENTRY DOOR: The project will include the replacement of the main entry door and frame on the Union Street exposure. (see Exhibit C and Cl: photo of existing entry door and cut sheet for replacement door) RAIN GUARDS: The Project proposes the installation of rain guards above the Union Street entrance and the Side Entry on the South end of the building.The Project proposes the construction of approximate 15" rain guards above each door frame.The rain guards will be similar to the Route 6A entry to maintain a consistent appearance.
