Owner: Michel Mangalo 508-776-2144
Install a new fire sprinkler supervision control panel as follows:
Remove the sprinkler supervision devices from the existing fire alarm control panel located in the
vacant Christmas Tree shop(the former landlord). The new tenant is renovating this space and is
not responsible for maintaining the building wide sprinkler supervision during construction.
Modifications or removal of the old fire alarm system other than the sprinkler supervision listed is
not in the scope of Seaside's work.
Install a Silent Knight 5104 five zone UL listed sprinkler supervision control panel with digital
communicator and battery back-up. The new panel will be located in the sprinkler room on the rear
of the building.
Install a Napco starlink UL listed cellular fire alarm communicator as the backup communications
path. The primary path will be the Procuts phone line as the store is owned by the new landlord
and under their direct control.
The control panel will be zoned with the following devices:
Zone 1 Sprinkler water flow
-connect switch as configured.
Zone 2 Sprinkler tamper
-connect 2 switches as configured
Zone 3 Sprinkler low air
-connect switch as configured
Zone 4 Sprinkler closet smoke detector.
- 1 new smoke detector
Zone 5 Spare or heat loss thermostat
The cellular and phone communicators will be programmed to send alarm signals to our UL
certified central station. Daily test signals for both the landline and cellular communicator will be
sent to ensure a communications path.
Seaside Alarms will provide routine maintenance and emergency repairs for this system.
