The dune shall be constructed with a crest height of +12 feet _Y above Mean Sea Level (MSL) and shall consist of clean sand, compatible in grain size with the adjacent coastal beach. Artificial removal of sand from the beach for dune construction is prohibited. - The dune shall be vegetated with beach plant species indigenous to the area (i.e . beach grass, rosa rugosa, etc . ) The dune shall be maintained on a year to year basis per this Order. 15.
