The easterly sideline setback, which encroaches into the dimensional requirements,would be no closer than 3.8 feet,the current distance. The front of the home facing Sunset Drive would be no closer than the existing 25.4 feet, the addition,if permitted,would extend the existing screen porch to create a 4 season room. The addition would add a 2nd floor with the resulting structure consisting of 3 bedrooms, a 4 season room,and a 2nd floor addition for a study and the new third bedroom. No one appeared in opposition to the petition and no exhibits were received during the hearing. The Board felt that the addition as proposed by the Petitioners should be the subject of a Special Permit, that relief, if granted, would not result in any undue hazard, nuisance nor congestion to the existing neighborhood or town nor be of any substantial detriment to the present or future 1 . • character of the neighborhood or town. Accordingly, a Motion was made by Mr. Igoe, seconded by Mr. Martin to grant the relief requested by the Petitioners on the condition that they obtain Board of Health approval for this septic system. On this Motion with the stated conditions, the Board voted unanimously in favor and the Special Permit was therefore granted.
