10 The following Certificate of Compliance is given pursuant to Waterways Licensing Regulations
9 310 CMR 9.19 with respect to the above-mentioned License number and the accompanying
MLicense Plan. The aforementioned License authorizes: construct and maintain a seasonal pier.
In accordance with the letter of certification by Mark Burgess, Shorefront Consulting dated
August 23, 2018 and submitted pursuant to 310 CMR 9.19, the undersigned certifies to the best of
his/her knowledge that the work authorized in said License has been completed in accordance
with the terms and conditions of Waterways License No. 14623.
The Licensee shall continue to maintain in good repair all authorized structures and uses in
accordance with the terms and conditions stated in Waterways License No. 14623 for the full
term on the license that remains valid until March 20, 2048.
