doors.----This Code section provides that"Landings or floors at the required means of

The exception to this provision states: "The exterior landing or floor shall not be more than
7' inches below the top of the threshold,provided the door does not swing over the
landing orfloor."
In this case, the single door swings over the exterior landing and is therefore limited to a maximum
1 %2 inch variation.
Accordingly, as the permit holder,you are required to take appropriate remedial measures to correct
this situation,by May 31, 2018. An inspection and approval by this Department is required.
