RE: Letter regarding 39 Prince Road Certificate of Compliance for SE-83-2128
Land & Sea Engineering, LLC. has inspected the new pier and boat lift shown on the project
construction plans approved with the Order of Conditions. As a licensed professional Engineer I
am notifying you that the project has been constructed as designed. The pier and boat lift is in the
same location and at the same general elevation as called for in the plans. The beach has also
been restored to pre-constriction grades. Please issue the certificate of compliance for open
orders of conditions for this project.
