'�LOCITY CONTROL FOR VARIABLE AIR SPEED Adjustable louver damper controls are provided for regulating rate of air flow. This added feature is a means of setting air velocity to desired individual preference. FIRE RETARDANT AND CORROSION PROOF Mars Air Door cabinets are manufactured of one piece molded high density polycarbonate. They have self -extinguishing char- acteristics, are resistant to high heat and all chemical and weather exposures. SPECIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTS AND SANITARIANS The air velocity of air doors designed for use over windows should be no less than 600 feet per minute (FPM), across the entire window as measured two feet above the counter. Air intake shall be provided with a washable air filter screen. Air outlet shall have an opening of at least 8 inches deep.
