Hello Philip,
Would you please send the application for the residential kitchen permit and
let me know what the cost is so I can send a check. I attached the Serve
Safe Certificate also. Here is a description of the products I will be making
and I have attached the label I will be using:
Tuscan Dipping Oil Pouch

herbs and spices
Bacon Herbs & Spices
Ingredients: Dried bacon bits, dried herbs and spices
BLT Dip Pouch
Ingredients: Dried bacon bits, dried herbs and spices
Pumpkin Dip Pouch
Ingredients: Dried pumpkin, herbs and spices
Cranberry Chocolate Turtles
Ingredients: Dried cranberries, pretzels, nuts, caramel, chocolate

BLT DIP
. 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
. 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
. 3 1/2 Tablespoons Blue Pup Farms BLT Dip
. Salt and pepper to taste
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and Blue Pup Farms BLT Dip in the
bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and blend. Taste and add salt
and pepper as desired. Allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before
serving. Serve with veggies, toasted bread or crackers.
