Massachusetts in accordance with the provisions of Rule 45 of the Massachusetts Rules of
Civil Procedure to appear and testify on behalf of the defendants, Mariner Motor Lodge,
Inc. d/b/a Mariner Motor Lodge, before a Notary Public of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, at the offices of Haverty & Feeney, 54 Samoset Street, Plymouth, MA
02360-4546, on the 18th day of April, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., and testify as to your
knowledge, at the taking of the deposition in the above -entitled action.
*And you are required to bring with you the following:
Any and all documents, including but not limited to any inspections by the
Board of Health, Plumbing Inspector, Building Inspector or any Town representative,
agent or employee regarding the . property located at Mariner Motor Lodge, 573 Main
Street, W. Yarmouth, MA 02673 during the years 2000 through the present.
