Will you be making a re-Insp by mid week of Mill Hill club to ensure violations have been corrected?
Also, copy of Insp should go to Selectman/ Town Adm as Liquor License authority. They may want to hold a hearing.

Dear Sir;
On Feb. 27,2003, this department along with the rest of the Impact Team performed an
inspection of your property. The following violations and concerns need to be corrected
immediately.
1. Fixed hood extinguishing system needs to be inspected. Until that time no
cooking is to be done with the appliances under the hood.
2. The inspection tag on the portable fire extinguisher was not filled out correctly.
3. No sprinkler head wrench in the spare head cabinet.
4. Compressed air/gas cylinders in the basement need to be secured from tipping
over, and cap put on 1 cylinder to protect the valve.
5. Combustibles need to be moved away from the heating system.
6. There is an excessive amount of combustible and flammable liquids stored in the
basement. ( roofing tar, and oil based paints)
7. Emergency light do not work.
8. Extension cord on the 2nd floor going to a hanging light in the seating area needs
to be removed.
9. The Styrofoam insulation/soundproofing that has been applied to the ceiling in the
main bar area needs to have proof of fire resistance.
10. There is evidence that plastic tarps, and cloth sheets have been used in the main
bar area. These are considered flammable decorations and cannot be used.
If you have any questions concerning this matter please feel free to call me.
Yours in Safety
Peter A. Raiskio, Captain/ Inspector
