Greene, Jr. 9 Date: May 26, 1998 Subject: Report on inspections conducted on Saturday evening May 23, 1998. tti7 E C r5,-. 0 W ED MAY 2 7 1998 HEALTH DEPT, Chief Dennis Brown and myself inspected the following establishments on Saturday evening May 23, 1998 and noted the following. 2243 Hours -The Mill Hill Club, kitchen was in need of cleaning with heavy grease buildup in the hood, and filters, exit doors on the west side of the building in need of repair (scheduled), Empty gasoline cans to be removed from rear storage/exit area, exit door from second floor in need of repair (scheduled), questioned the pool and table game in the west aisle (blocking egress to the exit and should lower count for occupancy), Music from the live band could be heard outside the building and the doors and windows were" closed, called for police assistance at request of management do to problem resulting from a fight which had occurred in the club between patrons and the singer in the band. 2. 2310 Hours -Atrium at the Cove, asked management to move loudspeakers and instruments from the exitway. 2330 Hours- Cape Cod Irish Village 4. 2340 Hours- Molly's, asked that dead bolts on rear emergency doors be replaced. 0005 Hours- Union Station, exit signs required and existing exit sign from lounge requires repair, music from the live band could be heard from the exterior of the building asked to turn down. 6. 0033 Hours- Nicki's Printed on Recycled Paper 7. 0045 Hours- Cousin's, music from live band could be heard outside the building (the side door was open and when the door was closed the music could be heard, asked to turn down). Ms Digiovani lodged complaint regards Molly's having no screens in windows with the windows open. Returned to Molly's asked Mr. Moxlie to check with the Building and Health Departments regards the regulations on screens. cc: Chief Dennis Brown Forrest White, Building inspector Bruce Murphy, Health Inspector
