Dear Mr. Moxley,
As determined during the Board of Health meeting on Monday, June 15, 1998, the Board has granted
Molly's Restaurant & Bar located at 575 Route 28, West Yarmouth an Outside Cafe Permit. The
permit will be issued with the condition that an air curtain would be installed at both entrances to the
kitchen and the waitress station would be moved so it would be in the kitchen. The permit would
expire on December 31, 1998, and be reviewed at that time.
The bar and restaurant must be monitored closely for insect problems. Any problems must be
rectified immediately.
The Health Department will support decisions made by the Police Department and Board of
Selectman regarding noise and security issues.
The windows in the dining room and bar area must remain closed until the air curtains are installed
and the waitress station is moved inside the kitchen.
