This letter is to request a pool permit for the Ocean Mist Beach Hotel & Suites located at 97 South Shore
Drive in South Yarmouth, for the 2012 season with a limit of 50 bathers. This will allow us an exemption
from having certified lifeguards and allowing a pool person instead, meeting the modification
requirements set forth by the town. in the short term, we will have one (1) certified life guard within
the pool during its operation. We have three (3) staff members in the process of completing the
required courses to serve as a pool person. Please find the copy of certification of our lifeguard
attached along with the insurance certificate.
