Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to open the pool and hot tub at the Ocean Mist Beach Resort
for the holiday weekend. Your understanding is very much appreciated. As discussed with Philip
Renaud, Health Inspector, Town of Yarmouth, we have agreed upon the following terms.
The pool & hot tub at the Ocean Mist can be opened if one of the following applies:
We have one certified employee on -site in each certified disciplines of CPR, First Aid, & Water
Safety.
We have a certified Lifeguard present in the pool area.
We -are also in the acknowledgement of the additional requests made by yourself and Mr. Renaud within
one week.
• Schedule at minimum two employees to be certified in all disciplines of CPR, First Aid, & Water
Safety.
• Employees scheduled to be certified in all disciplines of CPR, First Aid, & Water Safety are to
complete the classes within two weeks. If this is not satisfied within the allotted time frame, then
the pool may only be opened when a certified lifeguard is present in the pool area.
