With respect to certifying the egress, you may provide your letter via fax tomorrow. However, there are other unrelated
outstanding violations the owner needs to address before we allow them to open, i.e. fire alarms systems, electrical.
Finally, I have been advised that an auction was held this morning on this property. The status of which is unknown.

I understand you're working a half day tomorrow (haha)
and my client wants to open one of the two bldgs. at above property for w/end ;
I've already been there once this wk. to inspect egress components - would it be all right if 1 inspect tomorrow - and if
all ok - fax a letter over w/ Andy Arneault providing approval for them to open just the bldg. on office side?
