HEALTH DEPT.
I would like to apoiogize for the delay we incurred in sending back the documents requesting the
license/permit to operate the Ocean Mist this summer. As the resort was closed for the winter, the mail was
not picked up promptly and brought to the operations office as it should have been.
Once it was received by operations, the paperwork was promptly processed and forwarded to you for
approval.
Again, please accept my apology for the lateness in our filing. We will be sure not to let this happen again
in the future.
