Each section shall be a complete and separate unit capable of operating alone or in combination and shall conform to the following general specifications. STANDARD EXTERIOR FINISH: Shall consist of STAIN- LESS STEEL front, top and sides. Back and bottom to be of ALUMINIZED STEEL. CONTROL PANEL: Shall be of a modular type with individual control markings on durable red LEXAN° Control panel shall slide to the left to be completely removable for servicing. STANDARD BAKING COMPARTMENT INTERIOR: Di- mensions 32" (813mm) wide, 55 " (1397mm) long, 3'/2"(89mm) high. Combustion tube to be of STAINLESS STEEL. The bak- ing compartment will contain 11 ALUMINIZED STEEL nozzles in the bottom and an adjustable flow plate in the top. Three single inlet blowers will be located above the combustion area for air circulation. CONVEYOR: Standard conveyor belt to be 32" (813mm) wide wire mesh of STAINLESS STEEL. Also available is a twin belt conveyor with two 16"(406mm) wide belts of the same material. SIDE LOADING DOOR AND HANDLE: Dimensions 22" (559mm) long, 5 " (127mm) high. To be of STAINLESS STEEL exterior with 1 " (25mm) STAINLESS STEEL tubular handle, 22" (559mm) length. Viewing glass size 20'/a" (521mm) long, 3'/2 " 89mm) high. INSULATION: Bottom, back and top shall be insulated with not less than 2" (51mm) and front with 6" (152mm) of vitreous fiber. Blower and front control panel to be insulated with ceramic fiber. VENTING: The oven is heated directly due to the circulation of heated air. Products of combustion are ultimately vented through the passage opening at the ends of the baking com- partment. [Rl�� ;NSF. - +o CV MODEL MT 32-S / THERMOSTAT: Shall be an infinite setting solid state ther- mostat with digital display. Set and display range from room am- bient to 600 OF maximum. IGNITION SYSTEM: Main burner ignition shall be achieved by a pilot burner operating through an electronic proven spark ig- nition control system. BURNER AND AIR MIXER: Gas power type burner shall have mixer with adjustable type shutter. Oven furnished with inter- nal gas pressure regulator. Manual gas service shutoff valve located externally at rear of oven. ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: Each oven shall be equipped with three % HP blower motors with thermal overload protec- tors, four blower area cooling fans and two control area cooling fans. Each oven shall have Conveyor ON -OFF switch, Heat ON -OFF switch, Blower ON -OFF switch and Conveyor Speed Control potentiometer with digital display.
