I would recommend the effect on the beach parking, food service and general beach operation be reviewed and commented on by the town beach operator, as the projects plans to go to July 17. The town should work with the developer to ensure there will be no effect on beach operations. The dumpster should be used for construction debris only and not for household trash. Steps will need to be taken to prevent the public from using the dumpster for household trash. As this type of trash attracts sea gulls and critters getting into the dumpster and spreading trash in the parking area or on the beach. The dumpster may need to be covered each night. A site map should be reviewed for the dumpster and lumber location. Number of parking spaces effected? The operation should be reviewed so as not to impact the July 4 beach week. Bruce G.
