Hi Phil,
As requested, attached is the (proposed) floor plan and menu.
Consistent with our conversation — for our proposed Yarmouth location - we have removed all items from our regular
menu that required cooking via stove or,fry-o-later. All of the food items on the attached menu are un-cooked, pre-
cooked, pre -sliced, or pre -made. The warm items only require being reheated in a microwave, steamer, panini maker or
our turbo chef toaster.
As we discussed live there were a few items on our (existing Wareham) menu that we did not discuss as I did not
remember them all. These items fall into the categories listed above (un cooked, pre-cooked, pre -sliced, and/or pre -
made).
I believe we discussed:
• Deli sandwiches — served on either a bulky, sub roll, or panini
o Turkey, ham, salami, roast beef, Italian (ham, salami, pepperoni) —all of these meats & the cheeses pre-
cooked and would be sliced in our Wareham location, then frozen in our walk-in freezer (-20) —they
would be transported either in the freezer of an ice cream truck (when available) or packed frozen in a
cooler with cold packs.
• Grilled chicken and Hamburger/cheeseburger — both are purchase pre-cooked, frozen, and are heated in a
microware and served on a bulky or sub roll
• Hot dogs — 2 sizes — warmed in a steamer served on a hot dog bun
• Nachos — served with chili/cheese sauce - purchased in a can - warmed in a steamer — with choice of veggies
chopped on location (lettuce, tomato, jalapenos (from a jar), onion, green peppers)
• Pizza — 2 sizes — crust/shell is purchased pre-cooked and frozen we apply a sauce (purchased canned) and
shredded cheese (purchased frozen) — we add toppings below — and toast in our Turbo chef toaster
o Toppings — meat - pepperoni purchased pre-cooked, pre -sliced, and frozen, chicken or hamburger (listed
above — purchased pre-cooked and frozen), or ham (listed above — brought in sliced and frozen from our
Wareham location)
o Toppings — veggie — we outlined chopping onion, tomato, and peppers that would also be used on
sandwiches
• Drinks - fountain
Items I do not think we discussed:
• Soft Pretzels — they are purchased pre-cooked and frozen — warmed on a paper plate in a microwave
• Bacon — it is purchased pre-cooked and frozen — warmed on a paper plate in a microwave — we offer this as a
topping on grilled chicken or turkey to make a "club" — we also offer this on a hamburger/cheeseburger, or it
can be used in a BLT sandwich — served as a bulky, sub, or panini
• Chicken salad — we purchase this pre -made — it is scooped on to a bulky, sub, or panini
• Tuna salad — bought in a can —we add mayo and scoop on to a bulky, sub, or panini
• Salads — chopped veggies and topped with chicken salad, tuna, or grilled chicken
• Pizza topping - other — pineapple we use the same pineapple we use for sundaes

Also, a couple of follow-up answers to questions you and/or Bruce asked during our meeting — I spoke with Lou and have
the following info:
• The building does have an independent water meter
• There is a "complex wide" pest control contract for the exterior (Burgess Pest Control) — we will be retaining
them to handle the inside for us independently
