Dear Ms. Walsh,
I performed routine food establishment inspections of Piccadilly Deli on November 19, 1997, and
February 24, 1998. I found a few repeat violations that need to be addresses by April 30, 1998.
1. The hand sink in the kitchen needs the leak repaired and hot water must be available.
2. The freezer chest in the kitchen needs new doors to provide a proper seal and the
temperature needs to be kept at or below 0°F for you to continue using this unit.
-3. The walk-in needs the floor repaired and missing or worn floor tiles in the dry storage
area or walkways need to be replaced.
4. The water damaged ceiling in the dry storage area needs to be repaired.
If you should have any questions or comments relative to this matter, please contact me at the Health
Office. I can be reached by calling (508)398-2231, ext. 240, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.
Sincerely,
C
