Proposal: To install a spa in the deck at Skippy's Motor ' Inn in Yarmouth.
contract to Include:
}remove the carpeting from a section of the deck, saw cut the -deck
the sire and shape of the spa, remove the deck:: and the dirt under the
deck, erect a block wall under spa, construct a wooden frame under the
spa, dig a trench for the spa to the present pump house, supply and
install a Gomfotzoine 60M Neater, a S-160 Hayward Sand filter, a Hayward
1 1i2hp pump, a 2hp G G Industries Silent blower, a Hayward t'BG100
chlorinator, a 1 112inch flow meter, and all necessary piping,
supply and install a Down East East Hampton Spay install a Figure 4 hand
rail with bronze anchor sockets in the deck; cut the carpeting and
recemeint it back over the deck, chemically balance the water, and obtain
the Yarmouth Board of Health permit.
`rice:
0,575.00 for labor, and materials.
Payment term:
$3,000.00 Deposit upon signing of proposal.
$3,000.00 Upon delivery of spa shell.
Balance upon satisfactory completion.
All contractors and sub contractors will have a minimum of $1,000,000
Liability Insurance with binders to be provided prior to start
of word::.
