On Jan 15, 2013 we pumped & rinsed clean the main cesspool and seepage pit. During the
cleaning of the pit I removed several bricks & blocks from the bottom increasing the infiltrative
area.
Due to the age of the septic system, the fact that the parking lot run off is directing towards
the seepage pit cover (adding water to the system) and a high amount of fat in the waste stream.
The system was found full up to the inlet invert, (operating under stress).
We are scheduled to monitor the septic system on a quarterly basis and provide services as
needed.
