This probably should be added to the agenda — a 5 yo should not be able to get into a pool where he isn't even
staying — Yarmouth has been off the radar for a couple years
I could go with Nick but I am stretched with what's left of the week and out next week — possibly Friday

Hi Steve,
I talked to Bill Shields. He just wanted the pool regs which I sent to him. He told me the event occurred on
Saturday at the Riviera (??) Resort in Yarmouth. According to Bill, it was a 4 or 5 year old who was not staying at
the resort. A few women who were guests jumped in and pulled him out. Apparently, the pool is posted that a
lifeguard is not on duty. Bill mentioned that it was unclear where the parents were.
That's all I know.

Hi Anne
Just a heads up — I have been dealing with DCR on a near drowning at Walden Pond and they said Cho (Bill
Shields) was inquiring about lifeguards at pools in response to an incident down the cape where a child nearly
drowned recently and good Samaritans walking by responded and saved the child — I do not have specifics BUT
WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN & HOW (1st I have heard of it unfortunately) — if they reach
out let me know so I can help
Steve
