Dear Mr. Flaherty:
The Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps will be leasing the property
at 137 Run Pond Road from Key, Inc. We will be assuming the Department
of Social Services Shelter Care contract from Key as well. I am requesting a
health inspection for our Office of Child Care Services (OCCS) license
application. I have enclosed a copy of the OCCS health inspection form.
