What a horrible experience like so many others have expressed only we witnessed the employees fighting. This meal actually was for a review for a regional magazine for a weekend getaways feature. I write for Yankee Magazine and have a magazine based in Cape Ann. I went with my ten year old son and a business partner. We were the last table served for the evening and witnessed a fight between the waitress and a hostess (short girl with glasses) whose language was horrible with several "f" words screamed out right in front of my child. My child has autism and was terrified and in tears over witnessing the two girls fighting. The waitress apologized and said the owners won't fire her because she owes them money? The service and food was deplorable. Worst I've experienced in years and will result in a horribly unfavorable review (more like a warning) in our weekend getaways section. We both ordered the lobster and prime rib (med-rare requested) however we didn't get prime rib we got really bad fatty cuts of rib eye that were well done. The lobster was way overcooked to the point it should not have been served. The entire lobster produced about two forkfuls of meat. Waitress forgot to serve our salads and didn't until we asked her after our main course (or lack of main course) was served. She never offered my son desert which the menu says is included with the child's meal. We watched our beers sit on the counter for ten minutes before being served to us. This was such a horribly bad experience, certainly one of my worst as a writer, that I am reaching out directly to the chamber of commerce about our experience and the
