The proposed project at the Site included the construction of a single- family dwelling with a driveway, decks, future garage, and appurtenances. The following minor variation to the plan was noted: 1. Two downspouts leading to drywells were required at the rear of the property. BSC Group has informed the owner of this and drywells are to be installed prior to the Certificate of Compliance meeting. 2. A 70' work limited line from points on the property line was required in condition number 16. A further filing in SE #83-663 revised this work limit line and a Certificate of compliance was issued on May 29, 1986 for the construction. (Please see photo page for more information) All other aspects of the project have been completed in significant compliance with the Order of Conditions. Excess material, if any, excavated from the work areas, not required for backfill and grading, shall be disposed of only at locations approved by the Conservation Officer. 14. The driveway shall be constructed so as to slope away from the pond. 15. Gutters and downspouts connected to drywells shall be in- stalled on the rear of the house to provide for roof runoff. 14. There shall be a work limit line drawn between points on the northerly and southerly lest lines, each of which is 70 feet frm the edge of the swamp, as shown on the plan. This line shall be staked out on -she ,around prior to any work being done. Ho work of any kind will be permitted on the pond side of this line. 17• Any area proposed for the :•emoval of vegetation where soil will be exposed for more than 7 daya, shall be mulched or otherwise treated to prevent erosion. 18.
