one gallon to the Health & Fire departments. Additionally: (1) All units of the screen reclamation
screen cleaning and recycle systems are to have adequate secondary containment. (2) No
discharge allowed. Systems must be fully self-contained. (3) All hazardous materials generated
must be documented. Manifests must be kept on file. Removal must be conducted by a state
licensed removal firm.
