Hi Christine,
Thank you for that timely COC.
However, it says".
Dbox only".That is not the case.
When Bruce arrived he added new requirements: to reposition,add fittings and change the angle for the outlet
tee. That required digging up the line to the dbox. Also to fix an SAS channel, and install inspection port. Can your
office revise and resend the COC. I would like the COC detail to show what was done. I need my bill to be consistent
with the official record.
I took out a repair permit that said also to remove roots in the line.This was done by Rooter man and I have his bill for
that.
Please feel free to email the revised COC.
