Hi Tim-
I apologize for the delay in our review of the septic plans for Unit 9, Halcyon Condos. Please find below a list of items for
you to review and address,as needed.
1. Based on the soil logs,a removal of unsuitable soils appears needed on the lower elevation of the trenches.
tShow the vent lines that will be required along the laterals in the trench since the pressure dosed laterals will
not be vented.
p4Show an inspection port on each trench and a spec detail.
. Yarmouth local regs require a PLS stamp or a copy of a certified plot plan with a stamp.

z `5. On page 2,the system profile lists the manifold as a 4" line and it is specified as 3" everywhere else on the plan.
---/6. In the pump calculation chart: a. number of perforations per lateral lists 6 instead of 10 b. pump chamber
bottom elevation lists 17.33 instead of 17.91.
/. Could you please confirm the size of the pumps to insure the correct spec.
