Hi Dave-
Just reviewed this septic plan and have a couple of items for you:
OV. Our local reg requires a PLS stamp on all plans. We will accept a copy of a certified plot plan with a PLS stamp in
(cI'V place of the stamp on this current plan.
2. The test hole log has a note: "No Groundwater Encountered".
f/3. The pump chamber detail has the wrong invert and top of tank elevations.

I can make the corrections on the existing plans I have to address#2&3 above, if you will be providing a separate copy
of a reference plan to address the PLS issue.
Let me know if you have any comments or questions on the above items,otherwise, I will process the paperwork in
anticipation of the PLS stamped plan in order to release the installation permit.
