Marichal, 9 Pinewood Road, West Yarmouth The Health Department file indicates an existing 2017 Title 5 septic system with a maximum capacity of 4 bedrooms. Per floor plans submitted with the septic system upgrade, the existing bedrooms are located on the first and second floor of the dwelling. The finished basement has a home office with a 5' cased opening which cannot be used as a bedroom. The 2 bedrooms in the existing second floor apartment currently under BOA review are accommodated by the existing septic system. Full review of the project by the Health Department will be required prior to final approval if any additional changes are made to the structure. PETITION #4793: Eleanor D. Acheson and Emily C. Hewitt, 170 Pleasant Street, South Yarmouth The Health Department file indicates a 2018 Title 5 septic system upgrade currently under construction with a maximum capacity of 6 bedrooms to accommodate the new construction of the main house and renovations to the existing cottage currently under BOA review. The septic system location has been designed to accommodate the proposed renovations to the property. Full review of the project by the Health Department will be required prior to final approval if any additional changes are made to the property. Please contact me with any additional questions.
