Hi Danny-
Just reviewed this one and there appears to be a long row of road drainage structures that runs along Braun Road
adjacent to the side property line where the new leach facility is proposed. I confirmed with our Engineering
Department that in addition to the 2 catch basins your plan is showing at the corner of Marion and Braun,the basins are
connected to below ground leaching structures. See attached map.
At a minimum, I think we need to shift the leach eastward towards the septic tank to maintain the minimum 25'from
the road drainage. We also will need a note on the plan stating there are no foundations within 20'of the proposed
leach facility due to the variance from the rear property line.
The buyer for this property is pretty anxious about getting the system installed for a closing. Let me know if you have

Hi Amy,
I did some research into our files to see if I could find some more definitive information to verify the existence of the
very large drainage system at the intersection of Braun and Marion Road which we were discussing earlier today. I did
not find any other as-built drawings, but I did find a water tie sketch which does use one of the catch basin grates as a
reference landmark.Additionally, I checked Google Earth street view and was able to locate all of the grates. I think that
it is reasonable to say with certainty that the system does exist as it is shown on GIS. I hope that this is helpful. Please
