Per floor plans submitted with the septic system upgrade, the existing house has a total of 3 bedrooms with a future proposal to construct a 4th bedroom above the garage. The septic system is currently designed to accommodate the proposed 1 bedroom Family Related Apartment. Full review of the project by the Health Department will be required prior to final approval.
